The NS-SEC(ku)-450 antenna consists of main reflector, auxiliary reflector, feed source, chassis, azimuth drive mechanism, pitch drive mechanism and other components (see Figure 1). The main reflective surface of the antenna is a shaped paraboloid, which is formed by drawing with anti-rust alloy aluminum, and the back rib of the reflective surface is made of high-strength aluminum alloy profiles, so that the antenna has strong wind resistance and sufficient strength to be used as the main reflective surface. profile accuracy. The auxiliary reflecting surface is a shaped ellipsoid surface, which is made of rust-proof alloy aluminum. The main and auxiliary surfaces are all coated with epoxy polyester plastic layer by high-voltage electrostatic spraying, and the steel parts are coated with hot-dip galvanizing or hot-spraying zinc, which further enhances its anti-corrosion ability.
