7.3m satellite communication antenna
Recently we finished the production for 7.3m antenna for our Marshall Island customer,after testing,the performance is good and can meet all customer’s requirements,now all parts are ready for shipment.
The 7.3m satellite communication antenna is available in c band and ku band.It is developed and produced by Shaanxi Newstar Communications Equipment Co., Ltd.
It is double correction ring focus type antenna with high performance. The antenna adopts computer optimization design and advanced manufacturing technology, therefore, it has characteristics of high gain, low sidelobe, high polarization discrimination rate and small VSWR features etc.
The antenna main reflector is informs parabolic, it consists of 20 pieces aluminum alloy panels, each panel is through high precision stretch forming and high rigidity of frame riveting, the composite structure panels ensure the precision of antenna installation and reduce installation workload , which makes antenna has strong wind resistance and enough strength.
Antenna sub-reflector and feed system all formed through CNC lathe processing, surface treatment used deductive anodizing, baking varnish(includes bottom paint and surface paint) . Antenna all steel structural components adopt hot-dip zinc processing, all standard components adopt stainless steel, it strengthens the the ability of anti-corrosion, which makes antenna life span more than 15 years.
The 7.3m antenna consists of main reflector, radiation beam,sub-reflector, feed system, hub,kingpost, azimuth jack screw,elevation jack screw,etc as followed.
